Tips to remember:

Select "Inpatient" for SIP, SNF, hospital admissions
Select "Outpatient" for Part B therapy, home health, DME, and other outpatient procedures and services
Select "Referral" for ED visit notifications

Please do not forget to add a "Bed Day" line for inpatient authorizations and a "Service Line(s) for outpatient authorizations. This is the step after you select your requesting/admitting and servicing providers. Click the orange +Bed Day or +Service Day and enter the needed ICD, CPT, HCPCS, REV codes, quantities, and dates of service.
